AIB series Inertia Bases are custom engineered for optimal stability and vibration isolation, making them ideal for heavy machinery, and any other equipment generating thrust (such as pumps, blower fans, etc.). Constructed from heavy duty steel, these bases are customized for every application, including size, weight and mounting configurations. Bases can be fitted with standard springs mounts (such as AHI’s RCA, RCB, RCD, RCE series) or seismic rated springs mounts (for seismic compliance) (such as AHI’s SS-A, SS-B, ASRM series), in either 1” or 2” deflection options. Bases are finished with a high quality rust resistant primer/paint to ensure a long operational life.
